This series with Vipul Shah Bags was about movement - through the city, through moments, through everyday life. But also about carrying a piece of where we come from. The bags are rooted in Indian textiles - rich fabrics, mirror work, textures that hold history. The kind of craftsmanship that feels familiar, yet never outdated. Reimagined into forms that fit seamlessly into today - backpacks, carry-alls, easy combinations made for the pace of the day. Shot across Bombay, this became a story of being constantly in motion. Between streets, cafés, taxis, pauses, and everything in between. The city becomes a backdrop, but also a character. Loud, layered, alive , much like the bags themselves. There’s a quiet contrast here. Heritage fabrics meeting contemporary movement. Tradition, but without feeling still. Functional, but never losing its soul.

Because sometimes, what you carry… carries you too.
